Atlantic Beach Bridge Open To Permit Holders

The Atlantic Beach Bridge opened at 10 a.m. Sunday to allow access to Atlantic Beach and Pine Knoll Shores to people with valid re-entry permits.

The curfew is now lifted during the daylight hours.

Property owners are strongly urged to limit their water use to typical household uses, such as drinking water, showering, and toilets.

Returning property owners should not use water for watering lawns, washing cars or any other non-essential use until power is restored.
