Tropical Storm Debby

The fourth tropical system of the year has formed in the Gulf of Mexico.

Tropical Storm Debby is not expected to strengthen over the next few days as it drifts to the northeast before making landfall near Bayport Florida Thursday morning.

The latest information on Debby is:

Sustained Winds: 45 mph
Pressure: 995 mb
Coordinates: 29.0N - 85.2W
Movement: Northeast 5 mph

This storm is not expected to make landfall for the next several days.

Although it will not make landfall until mid week Florida will experience very heavy rain and strong winds.
