The more humid conditions you would typically expect in June will return to the area this week as moisture from the Gulf coast and a cold front approach the area.
Monday our skies will become mostly cloudy with the chance for a few showers or thunderstorms.
Our rain chances will be capped at about 30% for our Monday with the best rain chances in our western counties along I-95.
Tuesday into Wednesday our rain chances will increase substantially with our entire area likely seeing showers and thunderstorms.
Over the next few days it is likely that we will all see an inch of rain with some localized areas receiving more.
Although our best chance for wet weather will come Tuesday into Wednesday there will be the chance for lingering showers and storms Thursday into Friday.
With the increased cloud cover and shower activity temperatures will be a few degrees cooler with temperatures generally in the lower to middle 80s.
Have a great week.
