Partly Sunny With A Warming Trend

A large area of high pressure will become nearly stationary just off the East Coast this week. The position of the high will allow warmer air to gradually envelop eastern Carolina. Temperatures will reach the upper 50s Tuesday and middle 60s on Wednesday afternoon. There will be a slight chance for a few showers Thursday and Friday, but amounts will be very light. Even warmer air will be headed our way for the weekend.
