Sunshine And Warm Across Eastern Carolina On Saturday

A weak cold front will push through eastern Carolina early Saturday ushering in drier air. Skies should become mostly sunny through the area by the afternoon as temperatures climb into the lower 80s. Winds will become light northerly behind the front.

The beaches will see mostly sunny skies with afternoon highs near 80°. There will be a high threat of rip currents along the Outer Banks with a moderate risk along the Crystal Coast. A few showers may arrive late in the day Sunday with a much better chance for rain early next week.
