Sunshine And Cool Across Eastern Carolina On Friday

Low pressure that brought stormy conditions during midweek is moving away from our area. We should see mostly sunny skies as we head into Friday and the weekend. There will be a chilly breeze on Friday keeping wind chills in the 40s. Afternoon temperatures should reach the lower to middle 50s in most locations. A gradual warming trend will begin on Saturday as highs hit the upper 50s. We will likely see temperatures into the 60s both Sunday and Monday. There is little or no chance for rain until Monday night and Tuesday.
