Sunshine And Chilly Temperatures Continue

Chilly air will continue to grip eastern Carolina for the next few days. Sunny skies will return this afternoon with highs near 50°. The tune changes late Saturday night as clouds move in and stick around through Sunday, bringing a slight chance of rain to the forecast for the latter half of the weekend. Most showers will be contained to coastal locations. Highs will remain in the low 50s though.

Later in the week, a warming trend is expected as warm air from the south slides up over head, popping our temperatures up in to the 60° range.
