Posted: Thu 8:48 PM, Nov 29, 2012

High pressure just off the North Carolina will stay in place through the weekend. The high will keep cold fronts to our north and allow southerly winds to bring in warmer air. Highs will be close to 60° Friday then well into the 60s over the weekend. Temperatures are likely to hit 70° or slightly higher by early next week. There is little or no chance for rain until the middle of next week.
