High pressure across eastern Carolina will give warm and sunny conditions across the area on Wednesday. Highs will reach the lower 80s well inland and middle to upper 70s on the beaches. Winds will blow from a light southwesterly direction. Warm and dry weather will last into Thursday. A cold front approaching the area could bring some showers by the weekend.
