Saturday will feature lots of sunshine across eastern Carolina. A cold front passed through eastern Carolina Friday evening ushering in drier and slightly cooler air. Saturday afternoon highs will reach the middle 70s inland and lower 70s on the beaches. Dry conditions will continue through Sunday but clouds will be on the increase later in the day. Highs will once again reach the middle 70s. Showers could develop late Sunday night or Monday.
