Sunny And Cool On Friday Across Eastern Carolina

High pressure located in western North Carolina Thursday night will give us clear skies and a chilly night. Light winds and dry air will allow temperatures to dip into the lower 30s in many communities. A Freeze Warning has been issued for many counties along and just east of Highway 17, except for the immediate coast and Outer Banks. Sunshine will return on Friday as afternoon highs get close to 60°. The nice weather conditions will continue into the weekend.
