Below normal temperatures will continue across eastern Carolina through Thursday. Skies will remain clear with overnight lows dipping into the upper 20s. The sunshine will warm afternoon highs into the lower to middle 50s. Dry weather will continue into the weekend with a gradual warming trend. Highs over the weekend should reach the lower to middle 60s.
