Some Sunshine Returns To Eastern Carolina On Halloween

Some sunshine will finally return to eastern Carolina on Halloween. The remnants of Sandy continue to move northward and should take some of the clouds out of the area. Skies should become partly sunny during the day with temperatures recovering into the upper 50s. Dry weather should continue for the next 3 to 4 days with highs near 60°.
