Scattered Showers & Storms

Showers and storms will be scattered across the area once again this afternoon and evening with locally heavy downpours the main concern.

Along with the rain lightning and gusty winds will be possible in a few of the stronger storms.

At this time most of the storms are expected to remain under the severe threshold but an isolated severe storm is possible.

With cloudy skies and scattered showers afternoon highs will remain in the 70s.

The storms will gradually diminish this evening.
