Cooler Today, Still Muggy

As high pressure builds into the area there will be a brief drying trend in the 7day forecast. Highs this afternoon will be in the mid/upper 80s, but the humidity will create sticky conditions for eastern Carolina.

Tuesday will be very similar to Monday with highs in the upper 80s and calm winds. Cloud cover will begin to increase late Tuesday.

A cold front will drop through the area come the middle part of the week and rain chances will increase Wednesday morning. Not expecting rain to last into the evening on Wednesday.

Have a great Monday.
