New Bern Hit Hard By Wind, Rain Wednesday

The wind was whistling in New Bern along with heavy down pours at times during Wednesday's storm.

The Neuse River was rocking in Union Point Park in downtown New Bern. Rain caused flooding on some streets. The main areas of flooding were in the park area and by the river. The wind was kicking up some gusts as people shopping downtown were having a hard time with their umbrellas.
