High pressure off the East Coast will continue to pump unseasonably warm temperatures into eastern North Carolina on Friday. Highs will be near 90° inland and close to 80° on the coast. A cold front will drop into the area Saturday giving us a better chance for thunderstorms along with slightly cooler afternoon temperatures. Otherwise, the weekend looks fairly nice.
