Heavy Snow Will Move Into The Central Plains On Friday

A developing winter storm across the Southwest will spread snow into Colorado, Kansas and Nebraska on Friday. A blizzard warning has been issued for portions of the area. Strong winds and up to 1 foot of snow will fall in the region by Saturday afternoon. Winter storm watches and warnings have been extended as far east as western Iowa.
