Frost Advisory Overnight For Eastern Carolina

A Frost Advisory has been issued for most counties across eastern Carolina south of Highway 64. Communities along and west of Interstate 95 are under a freeze warning overnight. Chilly weather has settled into eastern Carolina that will take overnight temperatures into the middle to upper 30s in most inland communities. The chilly overnight lows will bring some patchy frost well inland as winds become light and variable. The most likely time for frost will occur between 3 am and 8 am.

Sunshine will return on Friday as afternoon highs reach the lower 60s. Nice weather conditions will last into the weekend. Highs on Saturday will be near 60° with middle to upper 60s by Sunday afternoon.
