Warm air will continue to dominate eastern Carolina weather through Friday. Some patchy fog may develop early Wednesday, with partly cloudy skies on Wednesday afternoon as highs hit the middle 70s.
Halloween morning will see lows in the mid 50s with afternoon highs in the middle to upper 70s. There is little chance for rain through Halloween evening.
A cold front approach the area Friday afternoon with rain chances increasing by late in the day. The front should sweep off the coast early Saturday followed by clearing and cooler conditions for the weekend.
