Disturbed Weather In The Gulf Of Mexico May Become Tropical Storm

Showers and thunderstorms have been developing in the south-central Gulf of Mexico near the Yucatan Peninsula. The showers and storms have remained rather disorganized on Thursday but indications point to a developing storm over the weekend. The forecast track is a bit uncertain but all interests along the Gulf Coast should stay alert to future forecasts on the system. There will be little impact along the Southeast coast through the weekend.
