A raging wildfire across northern Colorado has scorched about 12 square miles of the area over the past several days. Conditions are gradually improving after a stretch of hot and dry weather. Cooler temperatures and higher moisture levels helped firefighters have allowed firefighters to gain greater control of the fire over the past two days. The fire was around 85% contained by Sunday evening. The blaze was apparently started by a camper who tried to start an outdoor stove.
