A reinforcing shot of cold air will arrive by early Friday causing breezy conditions along with chilly temperatures. Afternoon highs will only reach the lower 40s despite sunny skies. Wind chills will remain in the 30s during the afternoon.
Milder air will move over the region during the weekend. There could be a few showers or sprinkles Saturday morning but amounts will be light. Warmer air will take afternoon highs into the lower 50s Saturday then well into the 60s by Sunday. Lots of sunshine can be expected on Sunday.
