Cold Night Ahead

Temperatures are falling and doing it quickly here in eastern Carolina. Clear skies and northerly winds are the main culprits in the significant cool down tonight. With the northerly winds bringing in dryer and colder air from the north combined with clear skies allowing for extensive ground cooling, all the pieces are in place for a frigid night here in the east.

We warm up tomorrow as partly sunny skies send temperatures back in to the mid 50s.
