CHECK IT OUT: Cold Blast Turns Fountain Into Frozen Sculpture In New Bern

The cold blast impacting Eastern Carolina turned a fountain into a frozen sculpture.

The fountain is located in downtown New Bern. It's across from Christ Episcopal Church, on Pollock Street between Middle and Craven streets.

The fountain sits on a brick walkway between the historic district shops, close to New Bern Artworks.

The high in New Bern is expected to be 39 degrees today, with a possible low of 17 degrees overnight.
