Clouds Linger Monday, Big Warm Up Coming

The stationary front that provided below average temperatures and cloud cover this weekend will continue to impact the area through Monday.

Our skies will remain mostly cloudy with breaks of sun.

Temperatures Monday will be slightly milder with highs in the lower to middle 70s for most areas.

As the front lifts north Monday night expect our skies to clear bringing a return to mostly sunny skies for the remainder of the week.

With the sunshine and a southerly flow expect much warmer air to return to the area Tuesday with highs jumping into the 80s.

Wednesday through next weekend highs will be in the middle to upper 80s with a few areas potentially flirting with 90°.

The warm up will be the big weather story this week with no significant rain expected.

Have a great week.
