A trough of low pressure will move through eastern Carolina Friday night causing showers. The system will move rapidly offshore early Saturday as the warmer air continues to dominate the weather.
Partly to mostly cloudy skies with highs in the upper 60s to lower 70s are on tap for Saturday and Sunday.
