Clouds And Sun With A Few Showers Across Eastern Carolina On Thursday

A stationary front just offshore the North Carolina coast continues to trigger showers and a few thunderstorms across our area. Thursday's weather will be similar to Wednesday as we should see a mix of clouds and sunshine with a risk for showers. The front will gradually move further away by Friday followed by more sunshine and less shower activity. Highs will reach the lower to middle 80s Thursday then middle to upper 80s by Friday and the weekend. Only stray storms are expected over the weekend.
