The storm threat has moved out of Eastern Carolina.
No warnings or watches are in place at this time.
Highs in the 60s with party cloudy conditions are on tap for the weekend.
Blue Dot = Wind Damage
Yellow Dot = Wind Gust of 69mph
The highest risk for severe weather is from Noon to 6 p.m.
This will be a fast moving line of storms pushing across our area, so communities will have a relatively brief period of stormy weather, perhaps an hour or less, then the line will push through and calmer conditions will return. Communities near I-95 will see the storms arrive around Noon to 1 p.m. Communities east of Highway 17 will see the best chance for storms after 3 p.m.
The front will push offshore Friday evening followed by dry and mild conditions over the weekend.
Afternoon highs will be in the 60s Saturday and Sunday with plenty of sunshine and calm winds....enjoy.
