Strong storms with lots of lightning are moving through Eastern Carolina.
The frequent lightning and wind gusts greater than 58mph are the biggest threats with these storms.
Most of the thunderstorm activity will diminish by 11pm-midnight. A few severe thunderstorms maybe develop as well, but widespread severe is not anticipated.
Afternoon highs on Saturday will reach the middle 80s both Saturday and Sunday with lower humidity levels both Saturday and Sunday.
