Norbert passed just north of Cabo San Lucas today with it's wind and rain and now has re-emerged over the Gulf of California..and could strike mainland Mexico as as a minimal hurricane.
The latest observation this evening has Norbert's winds are still 100 mph..with movement to the north-northeast at 15 mph.
Next week...remnants of Norbert could possibly affect New Mexico and Texas wit heavier rain.
