The F1 tornado that damaged at least a dozen homes in northwest Oklahoma City early Monday. The storm then headed to Edmond, Oklahoma downing power lines and leaving almost 10,000 residents without power in the central portion of the state. Severe thunderstorms rolled through the western half of Oklahoma earlier Sunday night, spawning a pair of possible small tornadoes. Fortunately, no injuries had been reported as of late afternoon. Additional showers and thunderstorms are expected in the area by mid-week possibly triggering severe weather.
