Meteor Showers Thursday Night

The Quadrantid meteor showers will occur in the night sky on Thursday. Earth is about to pass through a stream of dusty
debris producing the annual Quadrantid meteor shower. Most forecasters expect a brief but intense peak of 50 or more meteors per hour over Earth's northern hemisphere sometime between 9 pm Thursday night until 2 am Friday morning. The timing favors observers in the eastern part of the United States, Europe and western parts of Asia. Go to http://spaceweather.com for additional information.
