Tricky Travel on Sunday

The second significant rain event this week is bringing widespread rain to the Carolinas on Sunday.

The rain will be steady and heavy for inland areas and central North Carolina. Closer to the coast, off and on showers are likely with some thunderstorms a possibility.

With the forecast of 1 to 2 inches of rain, roads will be slick, and ponding of water on the roads may become an issue.

Remember...WOLO..."Wipers on. Lights on".
