More Snow and Ice in Central US

OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) -- The worst of a second wintry storm is
expected to pound Kansas, about a week after the first storm left
thousands without power in the Plains. A heavy snow warning for
parts of Oklahoma has been canceled because the system has shifted
to the northwest.
