Cold Winter Expected in Canada

A harsh and cold winter can be expected across much of Canada according to the Canadian Meteorological Service of Canada. The forecast issued on Friday indicates below average temperatures across much of that country for the next six months. For the past several years Canada has seen much milder winters than in the past. Within the past week many parts of central and western Canada have not been above 0 degrees. It looks like an early start to winter in that area.
