East Carolina will host Tulane for the last regular season football game for 2007. Temperatures will be near freezing at 7:00 am but should warm to around 50 by kickoff at 1:00 pm. Tailgaters may want to bring a winter coat but at least it should stay dry. Skies should be partly cloudy in the afternoon with temperatures eventually reaching the lower to middle 50s. Winds are expected to be light from the northeast at 5 to 10 mph.
