1992 Tornado Outbreak

A total of 5 tornadoes tore though North Carolina November 22-23 in 1992.

The tornadoes were a part of a tornado outbreak that affected many southeastern states and the Ohio Valley.

In North Carolina alone, two people were killed and 74 were injured.
110 homes and 7 businesses were destroyed, and an additional 600 homes and several other businesses were damaged. Those five tornadoes resulting in over 9 million dollars in damage.
