A Warm Thanksgiving

Thanksgiving Day was unseasonably warm across Eastern North Carolina as temperatures soared well into the 70s. Highs across the area included:

Elizabeth City - 78
Raleigh - 77
Roanoke Rapids - 77
New Bern - 77
Greenville - 77
Kinston - 77
Washington - 76
Cherry Point - 76
Rocky Mount - 76
Jacksonville - 75
Manteo - 73
Beaufort - 71
Cape Hatteras - 70

Some spotty light showers were noted in the evening but most areas remained rain free.
