A Warm Pre-Thanksgiving
Eastern North Carolina had an unseasonably warm day on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. Many areas saw temperatures reach into the 70s and more of the same is expected for Thanksgiving. Some representative highs across the area included:
Greenville - 79
Washington - 77
New Bern 77
Jacksonville - 77
Kenansville - 77
Cherry Point - 76
Elizabeth City - 76
Edenton - 74
Kill Devil Hills - 73
Newport - 73
Cape Hatteras 69
Beaufort - 69
