PATHARGHATA, Bangladesh (AP) -- Bangladesh is asking for more
foreign aid to help survivors of last week's deadly cyclone.
Food, fresh water and temporary shelter still haven't reached
many hungry and exhausted people.
The government says 120 million dollars in foreign aid has been
promised so far, but that relief items have been slow in coming.
They say a lack of clean water, food and medicine could trigger a
second wave of death.
The government and relief agencies are using helicopters and
boats to reach survivors in remote pockets.
More than 3,100 have been killed by the cyclone but officials
fear the final toll might reach 10,000.
