Flood Gate Woes

Neighborhoods in New Orleans that were thought to be safe from flooding, might actually be at risk.

Earlier this year the army corps of engineers released that the system of flood gates and pumps built after Hurricane Katrina, would reduce flooding during a major storm by about 5 1/2 feet.

A new report released claims that's not the case. The improvements will reduce flooding by just 6 inches.
