The fallout from Arizona's new anti-illegal-immigrant law is spreading across the border.
Mexico's president says the law is discriminatory -- and he warns that relations with Arizona will suffer.
The law, set to take effect this summer, requires police to ask people about their immigration status if there's reason to believe they're in the country illegally.
In Phoenix, crews have been cleaning up the Arizona state Capitol after vandals smeared refried beans in the shape of swastikas on the windows.
Capitol police think the vandalism occurred overnight.
It's the first vandalism at the Capitol since Gov. Jan Brewer signed the immigration enforcement bill into law on Friday.

Now with all the outrage over the comments of the Mexican presidents comments, lets ask a question. Do you think this man would more closely support the policies of the Democrats or Republicans. Do you think the leaders of North Korea and Iran would rather see a Democrat or a Republican in the White House. Now what about the news media.. would WITN and its staff be more likely to vote for a Republican or a Democrat. Armed with the obvious answer to all of these questions...Let's see who has the most credibility. Its a sad thing when WITN and Hugo Chavez are backing the same candidates isn't it???
Why is the alleged racial profiling in the Arizona law regarding border jumpers so much more offensive than the racial profiling that is done on a daily basis to blacks? Why isn't there this loud noise going on for that race?
Does anyone remember the purpose of Ellis Island? What happened to people coming into the country the right way? And why is it so bad for Americans to be offended at illegals being treated as criminals? This whole illegal immigration situation has been touted as a moral wrong being perpetrated on people who just want a better way of life. Hooey! This is a legal issue and should be treated as such. Our country has overlooked the problem for far too long. And now because someone in a proper place of authority has affected a law for the protection of that states legal residents people are ticked. Racial profiling is nothing again nothing new. Have people totally missed the point that Arizonans are being killed by illegals? The governor enacted a law for her citizens safety....deal with it. It is a legal issue NOT again NOT moral! They want citizenship start with Ellis Island...do it the right way!
