A traffic stop in Texas ended with a 72-year-old woman getting tasered, and it was all caught on the officer's dashboard camera. Now, some are asking if the officer went too far.
Officer Christopher Bieze pulled Kathryn Winkfein over for speeding on May 11th. Winkfein can be heard arguing with the officer and refusing to sign the citation.
A police report says that's when the officer told her to step out of her vehicle and ordered off the roadway. The report says Winkfein then began using profanity and refusing to cooperate, endangering both herself and the officer. He pulled his taser and ordered her to obey his commands.
The suspect can be heard daring the officer to shoot her with the taser as she tried to get back in her car. That's when the officer fired the taser to subdue the woman and bring the situation under control.
Did the officer go too far? His department says no and is defending his actions.
Mrs. Winkfein was checked out by ems workers at the scene and was determined to be unharmed before being taken into custody.

The lady made the choice, the officer just carried out her wishes. Quit trying to make everyone a victim. As the old saying goes "if your not sure what your asking for... take note of what your getting"
People should start listening to cops more. I have never seen an altercation with a cop end in the citizen coming out ahead. Serves her right for stepping to a man with a taser!
That is true anonymous tasers can be lethal. Where I live a family sued police for tasering a young boy and they won and I think a young man died from being tasered. So sometimes you have to think about what you do instead of just doing.
