There are claims of police brutality in Ohio, after a bloody incident involving two officers and a teenager was caught on tape.
It happened Friday in Toledo.
A police report says 14-year-old Trevor Casey got into a fight with the cops, after he refused to move from the front of a home where police say he was loitering.
You can see Casey being held in a head lock, with one of the officers covering the teen's mouth with his hand.
The officer removes his hand, and you can see Casey's mouth and face are covered in blood.
Casey was treated at a local hospital before being booked into a juvenile justice center.
Toledo police say they are aware of the claim and the incident is under investigation.

I do not think anyone can make judgement on this story. All I see is cops beating up on a child. The article reads that the police say the child was loitering(how do we know he was actually loitering) and even if he was does that mean they should try to kill him. If they said he had a weapon I could see them subduing him in manner that will stop them from getting hurt, but loitering never hurt anyone. So yeah I would sue.
I don't see the problem. If he would have cpmlied he would not have a problem. These people are always looking for someone to sue. They are a real cancer on this society
How nice WITN.... You continue to post comments directed to me, yet you won't post my replies.
