Onslow Commission for Persons with Disabilties Annual Awards Banquet

Marston Pavilion, Camp Lejeune MCB, Jacksonville, NC
The banquet will recognize individuals who have gone above and beyond in their service to individuals in the community with disabilities. Recipients of the Bobby Simpson Memorial Award, Excellence in Education Award and Youth in Action Award will be recognized. Major Kim Rossiter, USMC and President of Ainsley's Angels of America, will be guest speaker for the event. Tickets are $20.00 per person.

The Substantial Awards is one night, one stage to honor extraordinary leaders and entrepreneurs of the minority community in historic fashion. Weaving the stories of our community's greats against a backdrop of the local arts, the Awards is an opportunity for industry and community to come together as one to celebrate what makes Greenville such good company. With one bold stroke, the Awards show will make a statement - a statement amplifying the economic and social value of diversity within our City, solidifying that there is nothing minor about being the minority.

The 2014 Substantial Awards show will take place on Saturday, September 27th at 6pm at Reimage Auditorium located at 3950 Victory Ln. in Winterville, NC
