ECU's Dowdy Student Store will be collecting cans of food on Tuesday, December 9. Anyone who brings a non-perishable food item from 5-6:30 pm can have a photo made with PeeDee or Santa Claus in our holiday settings. The drive is held each year in conjunction with Dowdy Student Store’s annual Holiday Sale.
All food items will be donated to ECU's Campus Kitchens, a student-run organization that transforms unused food from dining halls, grocery stores, restaurants and farmers' markets into meals that are delivered to local agencies like the Little Willie Center, JOY Soup Kitchen, Operation Sunshine and the Ronald McDonald House.

Why not celebrate St. Patrick’s Day along with the Beaufort Music Festival? On Sunday, March 16, beginning at 3 p.m., come to downtown Beaufort and enjoy food, beer and wine specials and great live music on Middle Lane.
This is a special celebration – the 26th annual Beaufort Music Festival line-up will be unveiled, local favorite The Spread will play their first live show in months and some new, exciting changes to the festival will be made public. Tickets include music and food and all proceeds from beer and wine specials will benefit the festival. If you look forward to the Beaufort Music Festival each May, as a local homeowner, business owner or purely a music lover, please come to show your support.
Interested sponsors are invited to a special lunch to be held on the same day before the fundraiser. Local band Kudubai will be playing for this invitation-only affair.
