Massive Pacifier Recall
Could your child be sucking on a choking hazard? Reporter: Heather King |
|
A warning to parents and caregivers that's anything soothing. A massive amount of pacifiers is being recalled.
About 115,000 "It's My Binky" personalized pacifiers are being recalled.
The button, ring handle and shield with nipple can detach, posing a choking hazard.
These pacifiers have "Japlo" imprinted on the front of the shield at the
bottom center. They were sold in blue, white and pink with various words or designs printed on the button.
Consumers should take these pacifiers away and return them to the store where purchased for a free replacement.
The pacifiers were sold at Nordstrom and baby boutique retail stores nationwide and online at www.Itsmybinky.com from February 2006 through June 2008.
Consumers can also call the company toll-free at (888) 689-9444.
