The fourth and final J.H. Rose High School student, wanted on charges he vandalized the school, has been arrested, according to court records.

Gabriel Alexander Duran, 16, was not arrested as quickly as the three other suspects, but has been charged for the June 19 incident. The felony charges against Duran include larceny and breaking and entering.

Police also charged Christopher Cunich, 16, Christian Felix, 17, and Robert Merritt, 16, for the vandalism.

Investigators say more than 100 windows were damaged during the vandalism spree.

anonymous, july15-----they DID commit a horrible act. You seem to think that this is just a little childish prank. Examine what they have been charged with and then tell me that it was harmless. What does FELONY mean?

Everyone thinks that they did something so horrible. Get over it! Nobody is perfect! Everyone makes mistakes. I am sure all of you have done something bad at least once but you probably didn't get caught like they did. At least they didn't murder someone.

I wonder if they told these kids that 18-25 that instead of jail they would have to serve their jail or community service time in Iraq, not in battle but doing laundry or helping out the cooking staff, would that deter them any?
