FUN FACT: I love live theater-- it was my second major in college.

She was promoted to anchor of WITN News at Noon in May 2012 and also reports.
Carly has lived and worked in Eastern Carolina since October of 2009, working closely with communities in Craven, Onslow, Duplin and Jones counties.
In her first year of TV news, Carly was an Associated Press award winner (Best Writing) and raked in runner-up recognition for Rookie of the Year. She was a contributing reporter to Best Newscast wins with the AP, as well as a distinguished Edward Murrow Award.
Carly graduated from UNC Chapel Hill in 2009 and won an Emmy for directing and producing a student newscast. Her college days included directing, writing, reporting and anchoring for a student newscast, Carolina Week, while also being on and offstage for student theater productions.
Carly loves to catch a Tar Heel basketball game and to hang out near the water.
